I have a clinical question or research question and I would like someone to help me search for the information or research that I need to answer my question. Can someone in the library teach me how to do a high quality literature search?
Answer
Yes, we can help you with that!
Everyone at UHN has an Information Specialist that can provide individual or group instruction on topics like performing high quality literature searches, and can also simply do the search for you and send you the results (citations and abstracts).
You can find your Information Specialist and their email address on the Contact Us page.
If you are not sure who to contact, use one of our forms to send your request to the appropriate person:
- Literature Search Request form, for someone to send you search results
- Training Request form, if you would like to learn about database searching, or other library related topics
