Does UHN offer REDCap training sessions for individuals just getting started on it?

UHN does not offer instructor-based training sessions for REDCap, however REDCap has extensive training videos available, and there is documentation and FAQs posted on the UHN REDCap Knowledge Base
UHN also has a support team that can be reached at redcap@uhn.ca for additional assistance.
